We had an outstanding experience at Londoner hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly polite. Very clean. The hotels location was ideal, offering multiple shops, restaurants and Christmas's market within walking distance. The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful. I would highly recommended The Londoner for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Graceful and luxuriant, Pan Pacific London fuses together meaningful design, boundary-pushing wellbeing, and a myriad of dining and drinking destinations, all close to Liverpool Street Station in... The staff are excellent! From the friendly bellmen, front desk staff, housekeeping and room service staff. The room is immaculate! The room design is beautiful and contemporary yet classy with rich tones. The room service options were superb! The food was delivered in a timely manner, and displayed as if we were dining in a restaurant. The quality of the cocktails is top quality and inventive. The hotel’s location is also in walking distance to the Liverpool station, which is very convenient when exploring the city.

There is a small outdoor terrace and luggage storage space.... Location, modern and fresh, soundproof windows, super nice bathroom, twin bed option, high quality cafe in the reception, comfy beds, Marshall speaker in the room, small fridge for drinks, usb chargers (good for international guests), bathrobe and slippers, very nice towels, toothbrush and toothpaste as well as other small nice things, nice shampoo etc., nice coffee and tea in the room.

It was always so hard to get out of bed just because it’s really comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that food at breakfast is also really good!

Location was perfect for our London destinations. Walked everywhere! Staff were particularly friendly from the moment we arrived and couldn’t do enough. Patricia was exceptional!
